We’re now well into February, that strange time of year when half the neighbourhood still has Christmas decorations hanging on for dear life, and hot cross buns are already on the shelves. Truly a confusing time to be alive.

But weird seasonal mash‑ups aside, February is when people really start getting their game plans sorted, especially those gearing up for a new year, or perhaps a new business adventure. We’re seeing a steady stream of people coming back to talk through their insurance, plus a bunch of start‑ups trying to get their feet under them and figure out all the moving parts of business ownership. A Busy Start for the Team

It’s not just our clients kicking off big things this year, the team is on the move too.

• Taz is gearing up to start her Level 5 qualification next month as she works toward becoming a broker.
• Alice is taking on a big chunk of my book to free up some time, so if you’re one of our commercial clients, don’t be surprised if you hear from her as she supports me with renewals.

We’re putting a strong focus on training, development, and upskilling this year, and I am really excited for you all to reap the benefit.
