Our boss, Director, Mortgage Adviser, and Financial Planner Brendon is heading off on a well-earned break (well, to be fair, a break for Brendon is usually an epic adventure!).
From Friday 26 September, he’ll be swapping financial advice and his beloved lunch sandwich for hiking boots and dehydrated dinners as he sets off to walk the length of New Zealand via the Te Araroa Trail.
It’s a 3,000km walking track that stretches from Cape Reinga in the north all the way down to Bluff in the south. It’s a mix of beaches, bush, towns, and mountains. Basically, a full immersion into the beauty and wildness of Aotearoa, and Brendon's happy place. It usually takes four to six months to complete (Brendon is aiming for 4 months) and Brendon’s been dreaming about it for over a decade. Now, the countdown is on!
