Taz Walker

Taz is Broker Support Manager at Caveo, Velocity Financial Group's general insurance division. Working closely with brokers Joshua and Alice, she plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring the day-to-day administration of insurance policies runs smoothly. With a background in customer service, Taz is known for her organisation, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive client experience. She helps coordinate policy renewals, processing and insurer communications, keeping everything on track behind the scenes. Currently studying towards her Level 5 Financial Services qualification, Taz is keen to grow and develop her industry knowledge. She also enjoys helping clients better understand the ins-and-outs of insurance and regularly contributes educational content to Caveo's client communications. When she's not supporting clients and advisers, Taz can often be found playing the ukulele or spending time with friends and her animals. Her counselling background has also fostered a strong interest in wellbeing and personal growth.
