Keryn Martin

Keryn is the Impact Sector Specialist for Velocity Financial Group and Founder and Trustee of the Velocity Kaitiaki Foundation. He works alongside charities, community organisations and purpose-driven leaders to strengthen financial capability, build sustainability and maximise long-term impact. With nearly two decades of experience across community development, strategic planning, governance support and organisational growth, Keryn has helped establish and support initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for communities throughout New Zealand. His experience spans feasibility planning, financial systems, organisational development and leadership support. Through the Kaitiaki Foundation, he connects organisations with specialist advisers and resources that help build financial resilience, improve decision-making and support sustainable growth. He is passionate about helping organisations create lasting positive change for the people and communities they serve. Away from work, Keryn enjoys supporting Wellington basketball and spending time on the sidelines of his children's sporting activities. His own sporting background includes representing New Zealand as a Junior All Black.
