Graham Goodisson

Graham is the Founder and Co-Director of Velocity Financial and an experienced entrepreneur with a strong track record of building businesses and helping organisations achieve sustainable growth. He works closely with business owners, organisational leaders and individuals, providing strategic guidance that extends beyond traditional financial advice. Known for his ability to connect people, ideas and opportunities, Graham helps clients gain clarity, identify opportunities and make confident decisions for the future. He excels in finding solutions in the most complex of situations. He has a particular interest in supporting business owners through growth, change and succession, helping them build resilient organisations and create lasting value. His background in the community and not-for-profit sector continues to shape his people-centred approach. He is a long-standing Trustee of Te Aro Health Clinic and remains actively involved in Wellington's impact sector through his governance and advisory work. Away from the office, Graham divides his time between Wellington and the Bay of Plenty and enjoys making the most of New Zealand's outdoors through surfing and mountain biking.
