Bella Zemba

Bella is Client Services Manager at Velocity Financial and one of the longest-serving members of the team, supporting clients throughout the lending process, from application through to settlement and beyond. With extensive experience in mortgage administration and client service, Bella works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything on track. She is known for her organisation, responsiveness and attention to detail, helping ensure clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. Currently studying towards her Level 5 Financial Services qualification, Bella continues to expand her knowledge while providing exceptional support to both clients and advisers. When she's not supporting clients and advisers, Bella is actively involved in cheerleading as both a coach and competitor, helping athletes develop their skills and achieve success on the world stage.
